An interesting Persian Kelleghi from the Kurdish village of Kolyai, which is located in west Iran (in Persian Kurdistan).

In terms of structure, Kolyai rugs are often constructed in a similar way to Persian Hamadan Rugs: in that they use a single wefted construction, woollen pile and cotton warps and wefts. The lattice-like field set upon a camel coloured background has become one of Kolyai's more traditional designs.
