An intriguing and unusual Persian Mashad Belouch Rug in a Zaraquart size, featuring dragons, peacocks and a stylised "Tree of Life" and has a woollen pile woven onto a cotton base. This rug also bears the date "1351" which equates to circa AD 1973 - this could either be the date it was woven or perhaps a date of special significance to the rug's weaver.
