Material: Wool pile, knotted onto cotton warps.

Colours and Design: Red and black, with three columns of 6 Fil Pai (elephant foot) guls. 

Condition/Age: Full pile.

These hard wearing red and black Afghan Aqcha rugs are incredible value.  

The favoured designs found in this quality are Bokhara, Fil Pai (Elephant’s foot), Baghi Shinar, and sometimes plain ground examples are found.

For use on a light coloured base carpet, use of Cybergold Underlay or Foxi Rug Underlay is advised to avoid the risk of colour transference.
