Sometimes it can be hard to decide which rug/carpet would be best for your home, why not View in situ.
Make your final decision away from our showroom, make your choice in the comfort of your own home and view rugs in situ.
If you live in Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Essex or London we can bring a selection of rugs/carpets to your home to view in situ.
We also work outside of these areas. If you are outside of the above areas, please contact us on 01892 533080 or enquiries@theorientalrugmerchant.co.uk and we will do our best to help.
How does this work?
Simply come and have a look through the rugs/carpets in our showroom, alternatively continue to browse through our website and make your selections there.
(please note that there is a much greater choice available in our showroom).
Is there a limit to the number of pieces I can select?
No, however we do find that if you select more than 4-5 pieces per area, it can become a bit confusing.
Are there any costs to me for this service?
Not to you, however there are costs involved for us (i.e. Fuel and Time).
Because of this we cannot offer this service on lower priced rugs/carpets.
How can I pay once I have selected a rug/carpet?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, this will be phoned through to the showroom on appointments during business hours, or in the case of an evening appointment we will bring the credit card machine with us.
Viewing in our Showroom.
Once you have selected the rugs you would like to see in-situ, just ask if you can see them in your home.
We can bring your selected rugs out to you during our normal working hours, and in the case of Larger carpets we can come out to you in the evenings.
Viewing on our Website.
Make your selections from the website and note down the rugs/carpets you are interested in.
You may wish to browse by Collection, Size or Colour
If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact us as there are a lot more rugs/carpets in our showroom than on the website.
Once you have your selections give us a call on 01892 533080 to make arrangements or send us an email to: enquiries@theorientalrugmerchant.co.uk please include your Name, Address, Telephone number and the rugs/carpets you are interested in seeing, we will then contact you to arrange a suitable time to show you them.
