Origin: Ingeniously upcycled in Pakistan.

Technique: Hand-knotted.

Material: Wool pile, cotton warp and weft.

Colours and Design: This vintage overdyed carpet has a charming design with faint medallion pattern central motif set on a contrasting plain ground with blue border.

Condition/Age: Distressed with zero pile.

As all hand-knotted rugs are unique, this characteristic also transfers into this recreative process with overdyed rugs. The natural wool pile takes up dyes differently and so many effects can be achieved with this essence of vintage-like-modernity!
