Origin: West Afghanistan, vicinity of Herat.
Technique: Hand-knotted.
Material: Wool pile, knotted onto cotton warps.
Colours and Design: This Vintage Belouch mat has a geometric Zahir Shahi design and beautiful rich aubergine main colour.
Condition/Age: It is in good condition. Possibly up to 20 years old.
