Technique: Hand-knotted.

Material: Wool pile (handspun ghazni wool), knotted onto cotton warps and weft.

Colours and Design: This grey Fil Pai Chobi mat has wonderful soft colours. These consist of a grey main colour along with beige, rust, orange, navy and teal.
It has a geometric design of 2 octagon shaped motifs known as guls.

Condition/Age: New.

The term Chubi (Chobi, choobi, choubi) is derived from the word “wood”.

These Chubi Rugs are naturally dyed rugs handmade with hand-spun wool knotted onto a cotton foundation.
